I am honored and deeply committed to addressing one of the most pressing public health challenges of our time as the Project Manager of the Gombe State Agency for the Control of HIV/AIDS. Today, I want to share a message of hope, resilience, and unwavering dedication to our mission of HIV prevention and control.

HIV/AIDS continues to affect countless lives worldwide, and its impact goes beyond the individuals living with the virus. It affects families, communities, and societies as a whole. But let us be clear: we are not defined by this virus; we are defined by our collective response to it.

Our agency’s mission is clear: to prevent new HIV infections and improve the quality of life for those living with HIV in Gombe State. To achieve this mission, we pledge to uphold the following principles:
