Mr. Hassan Mohammed Dawaki Chairs Data Collection and Validation Meeting at GomSACA Conference Hall.The Project Manager of Gombe State Agency for the Control of AIDS HASSAN MOHAMMED DAWAKI conducted a one day DATA COLLECTION AND VALIDATION Exercise.

HASSAN MOHAMMED DAWAKI led the meeting of DATA COLLECTION AND VALIDATION at the conference hall of the agency under the department of MONITORING AND EVELUATION (M&E) of GomSACA.The meeting comprises of M&Es of all the Local Government Areas of Gombe State, LACAs CLINICAL MENTORSHIP and representatives from Centre for Integrated Health Program (CIHP) in Gombe State. Mr. DAWAKI charged those at the meeting to be up to date with their DATA regularly from their locality, also fill data forms properly and inquire how to fill it where it’s difficult for them.

Mrs. TALATU ADAMU who is the head of the M&E department anchor the meeting where she encourages the LACAs M&Es to utilize the privilege of CLINCAL MENTORSHIP in their zone to be up to date and familiar with the newly designed forms. The data form comprises of columns that requires information on TB, newly infected people on ART, those not on ART, etc.

During meeting, previous meeting minutes where read and adjourn. DATA where presented by LGA by LGA. Presentations were done at the meeting on REPORTS FROM JANUARY TO JUNE 2023 by CIHP representative. DATA COLLECTION AND VALIDATION MEETING is a meeting done monthly to validate data collected from local government areas facilities by M&E of the local government area.
